  Nice late night bar with pool tables and outdoor seating area. Pizza served late. No beer on tap unfortunately, but lots of bottled and canned beer.

  Clean, good atmosphere, plenty of room, indoors and outdoors, friendly, feel safe, nice area, good response from employees, things to do besides just sit and drink a nice place to gather and bring friends, seemed well managed, good selection of music, casual but like a place you should dress up for. One of the better places in Santa Rosa.

  Ohhhh, the Belv. You know what it is. It is what it is. Staff are the best here. Aaaaaand when I used to smoke it was the best place to drink and smoke, but as a non smoker now, it's hard to be here for too long. This isn't a fancy joint, but it's a great place to drink and meet with friends. Also the pizza from upstairs is pretty bomb-tastic.
